How We Are Responding

We are continually responding to advice from both the UK and Scottish governments and our priority is to protect our staff and their families, while continuing to deliver our high standard of service to clients.

Following government announcements on Friday and over the weekend, it is essential that we all must act to “protect yourself, others and the NHS” and therefore we took the decision to close our offices from Monday 23 March 2020.

Although the offices will be closed, we will continue to operate as normal for our clients, as detailed below:

  • We are Protecting Our People

The office closures and cancelation of travel, events and meetings mean our employees are at no unnecessary risk whilst carrying out their work, and will limit risk to their families and communities.

  • We are Delivering to Our Clients

Our teams in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and London are all now working remotely and are fully operational. Our processes and systems are designed to support agile working and we will continue to deliver the service you are used to, and expect, from AAB.

  • We are Here for You

Although face-to-face meetings will no longer be possible, all Partners and employees are available on their usual contact numbers and email addresses. As our reception team are also working remotely, our main office number (01224 625111) is still fully functional.

To help give you peace of mind, we’ve created a dedicated section on our website that serves as a hub for all COVID-19 related updates. Our team of experts are monitoring daily communications to help provide clarity on the upcoming changes that are important to you. Be sure to bookmark this page and check in regularly to see how we are trying to help.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss anything further, please get in touch with your usual AAB contact.
